Building on Hangcha Group’s dedicated XC series 1,0 – 3,5 t lithium battery forklifts, the new XC series 4,0 – 5,0 t models expand the tonnage range to meet higher capacity demands. The XC series lithium battery forklifts, featuring a world-first architecture and advanced design concepts, have achieved significant breakthroughs in ergonomics, efficiency, and comfort. To maintain its leading position in the industry, HANGCHA has further upgraded the AC asynchronous motor and introduced a new platform with permanent magnet synchronous motors.
An ultra-high power AC pump motor is used. The system has high efficiency, complete protection functions, built-in speed and temperature sensors, and greatly improved reliability and life.
Owing to the low center of gravity and good stability, the driver feels comfortable during turning.
The optional descending lock function can disable the descending function when the driver leaves the seat and enable high safety.
The drive motor of a high protection level is dustproof and waterproof and highly reliable.
The emergency cut-off switch equipped for the standard configuration complies with EU regulations.
The bigger one is on the way – the XC series 4,0 – 5,0 t lithium battery forklift. With higher load capacity, longer operating time, and greater efficiency, all the advantages of the XC series are not only inherited but also enhanced.
